Training Curriculum Examples
We have a variety of topics for classes that enables us
to fit the needs of each company we serve. The following
are a few examples of classes:

- Friendly Fun is an entry-level class
for employees on how to provide great customer service.
The class provides insight and the challenges of
customer service; the guest perception, and a hands-on
"how to" approach to make each guest feel special.
Participants are taught how to become comfortable
serving "strangers" and how it will benefit them
personally and professionally to learn the technique.
~ Leadership
- Take Care Squared is an internal service
and leadership class that focuses on how to take care of
front line employees for the ultimate pay off of having
a happy and satisfied team. When employees are
satisfied, they will meet and even exceed job
expectations. We like to say, "when employees ain't
happy, ain't nobody happy" this class is designed to
re-energize management and provide solution oriented
ideas to motivate employees.
- The Rookie is a course
designed for newly appointed supervisors or managers.
This class provides the participants with a toolkit of
essential management skills and gives practical ?real
life? examples, scenarios and techniques to enable a new
manager to lead with confidence. We place great emphasis
on role-plays, participation, and group discussions.
- Leading Friendly Fun
is a leadership class that will provide your management
team with useful tools while focusing on best practices
for managing service during those peak service times.
The purpose of the class is to enhance one's leadership
skills by impacting positive change within their areas
of responsibility to achieve their service goals.
~ Change
- Managing Change is a class focused on
initiating and holding one's team accountable to new
ideas and ways of thinking. Most people are fearful of
change because they believe they have no control over
what happens to them. Since change either happens to the
individual or by the individual, it is the attitude that
matters the most. In our ever-changing world, it is
important to understand how to both initiate change and
teach the team to adapt quickly. This course is designed
to provide an insight into the change process and useful
tools that leads the team to a positive change or though
difficult situations with a positive outcome.
